If you can’t fly due to any of the following cases, you will be able change your flight date or request a voucher to be used later on:
In any of those cases you will need to contact our Customer Service Center and to provide the needed documentations. Our team will then change your flight date or issue a voucher for later use.
You can add more flexibility to your trip by adding this extra service. The flexible ticket allows you to change your flight date until the day of departure for any reason, without giving explanation.
If you book Extra/Premium fares, your ticket is already flexible because it includes a free date change.
If you book the Light or Comfort fare, we recommend you adding Flexible Ticket to your reservation during the purchasing process for up to 70% less than if you need to change your flight post booking.
Refund in voucher
Book with more peace of mind by adding this service when purchasing your flights. Now you can cancel your reservation no questions asked, and we will refund you the full amount of the reservation in a voucher (including flights, taxes and extras).
You can cancel your reservation at any time up to 3 days before the departure date of the first flight.
You will have one year to use the voucher from the date of issue and you will be able to redeem it for a new trip in full or in part.
This service is only available during the flight purchasing process.
