COVID-19
COVID-19 coverage, included in all our fares
If you can’t fly due to any of the following cases, you will be able change your flight date or request a voucher to be used later on:
- There are restrictions of entry in your country of origin or at destination which affect mobility and you are not allowed to travel
- Mandatory lockdown or quarantine (both origin and destination) must be maintained and can’t be avoided by negative COVID-19 test
- Someone who was going to fly in that booking is tested positive for COVID-19
In any of those cases you will need to contact our Customer Service Center and to provide the needed documentations. Our team will then change your flight date or issue a voucher for later use.

FLEXIBLE TICKET
Flexible ticket
You can add more flexibility to your trip by adding this extra service. The flexible ticket allows you to change your flight date until the day of departure for any reason, without giving explanation.
If you book Extra/Premium fares, your ticket is already flexible because it includes a free date change.
If you book the Light or Comfort fare, we recommend you adding Flexible Ticket to your reservation during the purchasing process for up to 70% less than if you need to change your flight post booking.
REFUND
IN VOUCHER
Refund in voucher
Book with more peace of mind by adding this service when purchasing your flights. Now you can cancel your reservation no questions asked, and we will refund you the full amount of the reservation in a voucher (including flights, taxes and extras).
You can cancel your reservation at any time up to 3 days before the departure date of the first flight.
You will have one year to use the voucher from the date of issue and you will be able to redeem it for a new trip in full or in part.
This service is only available during the flight purchasing process.

COVID-19 coverage conditions
- Both mobility restrictions and positive COVID test must occur within the last 15 days before flight departure
- This flexibility can be used until flight departure (in case of mobility restriction or lockdown) and up to 30 days after flight departure (in case of positive COVID test)
- Official documentation must be provided for each case: positive test COVID-19 (corresponding to a person in the booking) or official state communication for mobility and confinement restrictions

Flexible Ticket conditions
- For bookings made before the 22nd of December 2020, one free date change until flight departure is already included in all fares
- Flexible ticket avoids you to pay date change penalty for bookings made after the 22nd of December
- For both COVID-19 coverage and Flexible Ticket, the fare difference must be paid, if any

Refund in voucher conditions
- Fly whenever you want
- Get 100% of your money back in one voucher (includes flights, taxes and extras).
- You will be able to use your voucher to purchase a new trip in whole or in part.
- You will have up to one year to use the voucher from the moment you request it.
- You will be able to use your voucher for any of our destinations.
- You can request your voucher up to 3 days before the departure of the first flight.
