After having contacted our customer service and in case of an unsatisfactory answer or no reply within 60 days, you the client may refer to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman. Details are available on their website: www.mtv.travel.

2) FLIGHT CANCELLATION NOTIFIED BY EMAIL:

If you have receive an email informing you that your flight has been cancelled you can request a refund HERE by selecting the following option in the menu: Request >> Notified cancellation >> Refund/Route cancellation. Note that you must submit a refund request for each flight in your booking.

This service will be managed by our colleagues in Vueling. Because of this you will be redirected to their website and your refund will be processed as normal. You should receive the refund confirmation in the next few days.

5) MAKING A CLAIM FOR AIRPORT TAXES:

Customers who for whatever reason did not board their flight are entitled to make a claim for the airport taxes included in their reservation. This process is free of charge, and can be completed online, but please be aware that this will not be accepted if you boarded the plane or if the flight is still yet to depart.
